To play at the highest level, I have to keep my mind and body in peak physical condition. That’s why I work with trainers who push me to my physical limit and help me maximize my performance. While I’ve been blessed with size, an incredible work ethic, and passion, my multiple Pro-Bowls, NFL records, and my eye-popping statistics are a testament to what dedication to fitness and proper training can do.

I started Fit Speed along with Matt Gates to provide professional athletes a world-class training facility to take their game to the highest level. We’ve now grown to include youth programs while still maintaining an exclusive, elite training center for the best of the best.

The Learn To Train Program

The LTT program was created for athletes ages 7-10 looking to improve their overall athleticism in a fun, safe and exciting way. Our goal is to increase workload capacity and prepare the athlete for more intense training in our Junior Development Program.
