My Game

I was a relatively unknown 4th round draft pick in 2006, but quickly found my way on to the field and eventually was named to five consecutive Pro Bowls. I’ve earned the reputation as a physically gifted player with a specialty in breaking tackles and making big plays. I pride myself on doing what it takes to win, including sacrificing my statistics for the team and contributing in the run game as you can see from my league leading blocking statistics. These abilities didn’t just appear overnight. Growing up in Pittsburgh, a blue collar town similar to Chicago, I learned toughness and a strong work ethic were needed to achieve success on the field. With that foundation, I moved to Florida and attended Lake Howell High School and The University of Central Florida where I was able to excel both in athletics and academics. Although I have been able to achieve many milestones, including two of the top three single game reception records, my only goal is to help bring the Lombardi Trophy back to Chicago.
